Refund policy

UKLOSETBK LLC understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online experience as simple as possible. We are happy to accept your return for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@uklosetbk.com. Please note that returns will need to be APPROVED first.

If your return is accepted, we must receive your returned items within 14 days of the approval notice. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense. You will receive an email with instructions on how to process your return. Items sent back to us without approval by UKLOSETBK LLC will NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

All returned items must be in the original condition, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with tags in original packaging. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 20% fee or ineligibility to receive store credit. 

Shipping & Returns

UKLOSETBK LLC does NOT offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is approved for return, a store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. 

Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt. 

All items are returned to UKLOSETBK LLC at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include the following: Your name, Order number, reason for your return, and all original tags.

A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your return. 

Keep in mind that original shipping fees are not refundable and not applicable to your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Must email returns@uklosetbk.com within 8 hours of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like LIMITED EDITIONS ITEMS, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund in the form of STORE CREDIT was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit for the price of the item MINUS a 15% restocking fee. 

If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved and received your return items and you have yet to receive your store credit, please contact us at returns@uklosetbk.com.
